So in a country where no one can figure out how to drive in a circle, what does BC's province run insurance monopoly spend it's money on?
Teaching people how to wave when you stop on a roundabout to let some one in. Don't worry about drunk drivers, stopping at red lights, which side of the road to drive on, no, worry more about how much of a wave to give.
Don't use a cell phone or even fart while driving as it might distract you, but do pause to open the sunroof and stand up to wave to the person behind you. It's important really.
Can I opt out of paying hiked up insurance rates to the idiots who spent a small fortune (definately more than my mortgage) on promoting these ads?
