Am I the only one feeling cheated?

So Bertie's fecked off and now Cowen resigned. Despite dragging it out with leadership struggles, denying there was a bail out coming, telling us the property boom would never end and having digout after expensive Parisian shirts the wankers that are Fianna Fail are finally leaving.
But where was the revolution? If the revolution will be televised all that was seen on Sky was bankers taking over the country and the Chinese buying the government (let's see how they handle pensions. Let's see the unions deal with a real sweatshop).
Where was the mass demonstrations, the riots, the toppling of statues we see everywhere else? You think the French would have a revolution as boring as this? Or any other country in the world? Not a single shot fired, no heads dropping in a guillotine and no burning down of the post office. Hell at least in 1916 a group took over a bakery. This time nothing.
A government overthrown so peacefully I'm confusing the Irish with Canadians. Very polite mutterings about politicians. I feel cheated. Heads should roll. Marches should happen. Bakerys should be overrun. And St James Gate invaded to power the party that Fianna Fail is gone. Though maybe everyone just sees the other crowd of wankers that will replace them and see there's nothing worth celebrating.
I still feel cheated. I'm invading and taking over a pack of Jaffa Cakes. My only part in the revolution.
