I see the independent is in top form getting the greatest political minds of our age for analysis. The article (here) finds only the best to say it's time for Brian Cowen to go.
Celia Larkin? Really? Mrs Bertie? The whole Manchester dig out thing?
Ben Dunne? Really? Wannabe Mrs Charlie (pun intended). The whole Parisian shirt dig out thing?
They say Cowen needs to go? What's wrong? Is he drunk? Picking up the pieces Bertie left behind? Or god forbid, he hasn't took a dig out yet?
I've suddenly got this idea Brian Cowen may just be, just possibly, and this is only a maybe now, I'm not staking my reputation on this. He might just be an honest politician.

Cowen is an incompetent oaf that helped destroy this country with nonsense economic policies, and continues to drag it down with him, in partnership with another oaf that wouldn't understand a preventative measure if it came up and bit him on the hole. Read another newspaper. There must be one out there that isn't pods afraid of calling Lenihan the dickhead he is, just because he had or has the dreaded 'c' word.

He probably is all of those things. Ben Dunne and Celia Larkin aren't really qualified to comment though.
