Will you ever learn?

Anyone else watch Hells Kitchen? Notice any repeats? The same thing happens every year. A new crowd of chefs / cooks / dish scrubbers arrive and the same thing happens. Ramsey throws a hissy fit because they fuck up the risotto. And the scallops.
If you were going on a reality tv show about cooking and last season the shit hit the fan when some one couldn't cook risotto or scallops and the same the season before that, and the one before that does that drop any hints?
Maybe anyone planning to apply for next year should learn to cook risotto and scallops. Just sayin' is all.
On another note the winner last season opened up a restaurant in Whistler. Should I go? Or should I learn from the tv show that my medium rare steak will be still alive, the mussels will be raw and some one will substitute crab for duck because they can't tell the difference?
