Canada Vs Ireland - Bastard politicians

Our local MP here Russ 'the family man' Hiebert has decided that to keep his family together he should fly his wife and kids out with him to Ottawa when ever he's going. Of course they have to fly first class to and sure why not, the tax payer is paying. Only $600,000 in expenses in a year. (Read more about it here).

In Ireland Ivor Calley claimed a holiday home in Cork as his primary residence so he could claim more expenses (more about it here and here). He's well behind Hiebert with only 80,000 euros on travel, but it's only 370km instead of a 4 hour flight and it's also well out of his constituency. Hiebert at least lives near his suckers voters.

Result : They both get a point. And I'm running for parliment on the platform that I'll fly coach and leave Ursula at home.
