Dear Steve
Apple, oh so proud of being better than anything on a PC should possibly consider hiring some PC programmers. Cause you just cant do it.
About 90% of the computers in the world are PCs, so that means a large number of your customers for iPods, iPhones and iTampons are going to be using a PC. Think it might be a good idea to get iTunes to work?
Your policy of just dont let it crash is great, but if iTunes uses 100% CPU for 10 minutes while it dicks about trying to decide if I plugged in an iPod or an iPhone then I'd prefer a blue screen. The crash would be less annoying. So you want to lock down everything, I have a 75 page agreeement before I can use the App store. So you limit what apps I can get. This I can cope with if the software would work.
I'm about to uninstall and reinstall iTunes and Mobile Me. Again. Why? Because your latest update has my computer not responding as your com.apple.DotMacSync.client.exe*32 is sitting at 95% CPU. Your upgrade process for your software which you keep pushing is shite.
Next phone will be an Android. And I shall call it Marvin.
Regards
My name is Gerry the pissed of and I'm a PC that would run Ubuntu when I dont need iTunes.
